Using your gift voucher could not be simpler. All the options are conveniently in one place under 'My Account'. You can extend, exchange and redeem your voucher.
Each voucher comes with instructions on how to redeem the voucher. We always recommend you book at least 14 days in advance and further ahead for peak dates such as weekends and holiday periods. The key steps involved are detailed below:
Each gift card comes with instructions on how to use the card. A Gift Card has a value attached to it that can be used as currency against the purchase of an experience from the Gifts That Thrill web site. To use the card, follow the steps below:
If at any time you need to change the details of your booking, then you should contact the experience provider as soon as possible using the details that have been emailed to you. You can also find the provider's details in 'My Account' when viewing the details of your booking.
If you need to agree a different date to take your experience, the provider may charge administration fees. Often these fees can be avoided by providing plenty of notice, typically 4 weeks.
If you need more time to decide on a date, log onto My Account and select 'Extend Expiry Date' before the voucher expires. You can add up to 3 months to the expiry date for a small fee.
If your voucher has already expired, you may still be able to extend the voucher providing the expiry date is less than 30 days ago. Log onto My Account and select 'Extend Expiry Date'.
Vouchers can be exchanged for credit, providing the voucher is still valid, was not purchased using credit and has not been redeemed. Vouchers can be exchanged free of charge for credit of the same value and with the same expiry date as the voucher being exchanged. Credit can be used for full or partial payment of an experience. Credit cannot be used for the purchase of gift packs, postage and shipping.
