Redeeming A Voucher
You can redeem your voucher anytime before the expiry date. A booking date can be set either before or after the expiry date. Just make sure
to book before the expiry date.
To redeem, follow these steps:
- Select 'Use A Voucher'' from the menu bar located at the top of this page. Then select BOOK.
- Enter your voucher number and passkey
- Read and accept the Terms and Conditions
- Complete your contact details.
- Choose a date and time to take your experience.
- That's it ! A confirmation of your booking will be sent to you via email within 48 hours.
How Good is That !
We understand that sometimes you will have seen an experience that you would prefer to take. Don't worry, if you fancy something different,all Gifts That Thrill vouchers can be swapped. Swap one experience for another (of the same value), free of charge.
You can also upgrade your experience. If your chosen experience is higher in price, you are only charged the difference.
