What to expectWhat to Expect

Conducted at your offices, or our studios in Melbourne's CBD, your group will be taught by one of Melbourne's best yoga professionals. Wear something comfortable that gives you free range of movement. No shoes required! Your class will be an introduction to yoga through a simple but engaging sequence of postures. The teachers clearly describe each pose, explaining the benefits and assisting with alignment. Yoga is adaptable, so you start gradually, working within your abilities. Variations of postures suit most body types, ages and experience. Beginners will find a new respect for yoga – its so much more than stretching! How to dress on the dayDress

Dress comfortably in loose-fitting clothes such as shorts, singlets, track pants and leggins. Bring a a towel and toiletries. You'll be asked to remove your shoes and turn off your mobile phone.

Please arrive 10 minutes in advance to give yourself time to change. When booking please indicate whether you wish to take the experience at the studio or an alternative place.

There are no age or weight restrictions. If you have health problems, you should consult with your Yoga teacher prior to commencing this activity.
