What to Expect
Take a scenic flight in a fully restored Tiger Moth, a very robust, reliable and strong aircraft.
Upon arrival, you begin your journey with a briefing from your pilot. You'll cover details on the aircraft, its history and the safety requirements. Then with your flight suit and goggles on, the rotor is spun and it's chocks away!
You'll take to the sky for a 15 minute flight around the Redcliffe Peninsular. Commencing with Scarborough Point, then down the beach at 500 feet, around Woody Point then over the Hornibrook Bridge and back to Redcliffe Aerodrome. It's a magnificent journey in time.
