Paragliding Tandem Flight

What to Expect

If you've ever dreamt of soaring though the sky or wondered what it is like to fly like a bird on the thermals, then a tandem paragliding flight over beautiful Stanwell Park is the ultimate in freedom flights. Soar with ease and comfort underneath a paraglide, fly over the sea cliffs, forests and along beautiful South Coast beaches.

On the day, after a safety briefing, you are seated in a secure harness in front of your instructor. You'll take a few steps forward and in an instant you'll finally experience the freedom of flight.

Your instructor will use the thermals to control the height of the paraglide, soaring effortlessly around the cliffs and the sea of this beautiful region.

Numbers

Voucher valid for one person. You will be with your paragliding pilot on the day of your experience

Weather

This experience may be affected by the weather. Please contact the supplier a day prior to your flight to check weather conditions. If your flight is cancelled due to weather, it will be rescheduled.

Duration

Flight duration is approximately 40 minutes but can vary with weather conditions.

Dress

Boots or runners, something with good ankle support is preferable. Wear warm clothing. Take a jumper or jacket if its cold. Protect yourself from the sun with a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and water.

Availability

Available throughout the year subject to suitable weather conditions. Flights commence from 9am onwards.

Other Information

You will need to sign a waiver prior to participating in this experience. As a requirement of this experience, you will also be signed up as a trainee member of the Hang Gliding Federation of Australia, which is included in the price.

You must be 15 years or older to participate in this experience and weigh less than 115kg.
