What to Expect

Our tour commences with an introductory on board safety briefing, covering all the facilities, cafe and the best places to observe the animals. Then cruising past the amazing cliff top homes and private beaches of Sorrento and Portsea, on our way out into the sheltered shallows of Port Phillip Bay. We head over to Chinaman's Hat, a local spot where the ever curious Australian Fur Seals are waiting to show you some amazing sights. You will be amazed at the friendliness and how close you can get to these truly wild creatures, our guides will help you take some very memorable photos, and educate you on these friendly seals.

From Chinaman's Hat, we cruise over to Popes Eye Marine Park for a look at the Australasian Gannet colony. From here on, we cruise magnificent Port Phillip Bay in search of the inspiring Bottle Nose Dolphins we affectionately call our friends. There is no need to jump into the water; our technique will place you right next to the action - where you will have a fantastic view into the world of the dolphins.

All cruises are weather dependent. If cruises are cancelled due to weather, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise you. Cancelled experiences will be rescheduled for a later date.

We advise you dress in accordance with the weather, and always remember to bring along a warm jumper, just in case.

Our guests have been enjoying our 94 percent success rate of viewing the dolphins, however it must be appreciated that there are no guarantees or refunds, as they are wild animals.Seals are always visible and are guaranteed 100 percent of the time

Dolphin and Seal watching is suited for all ages and fitness levels, however we ask that parents with young children understand that the cruise is for 3 hours and is a boat based activity.
