The Penguin Island Cruise is unquestionably an exciting 90 minute combination of adventure style cruising and wildlife viewing which starts with meeting Rockingham's famed wild dolphins!

The marine park is home to Logo, Boomerang, Blizzard and over 200 other local dolphins that we have come to know as friends. It's possible you'll see mothers looking after new born calves, learn how they use stingrays to catch their dinner or watch the boys showing off to wow the ladies.

After enjoying some quality time with the dolphins, our cruise returns through Shoalwater Bay for a close-up view the islands and to reap the benefits of the best wildlife viewing opportunities of the day. Highlights include seeing the sea lions at Seal Island, the ospreys nest on Gull Rock as well as the pelican rookery on Penguin Island plus regular sightings of over 16 species of other sea birds.

The cruise wraps up on Penguin Island and includes your admission to the penguin feeding inside the Discovery Centre. You are then free to explore beautiful Penguin Island at your pleasure. Enjoy white sandy beaches and quiet bays, perfect for swimming and getting a tan. You'll find colourful limestone reefs and sea grass meadows that provide among the best snorkeling opportunities in Perth.

A network of wooden board walks and nature trails allow visitors to explore and take in the beautiful coastal scenery. You'll be amazed at how close you get to the sea birds which nest within metres from the board walk and still have no fear of people. Additionally there is an ideal picnic area looking over a shallow sheltered beach that's ideal for children. When you are ready, catch the return ferry of your choosing at 1.10pm, 2.10pm, 3.10pm or 4pm.

This is an eco-tourism operator who respects wild dolphins and their habitat. There is no feeding or expectations on the dolphins to perform tricks. There are no refunds in the event of not finding dolphins. We experience a 99 percent success rate
