With the BBQ course, in no time you'll learn some great new recipes to amaze your friends and astound your family when you next fire up the barbie.

Upon arrival relax and share your thoughts on what you would like to achieve from the Meat BBQ class. Prepare to cook up some of the best BBQ food you've ever tasted. In our BBQ Meat course, our chefs cover the important areas of temperatures and resting meats. Then its straight onto the BBQ demonstrations where you play an active part in the preparation, cooking and serving of the dishes. Cook Easy Beef Kebabs to the more complex BBQ Beef Sirloin with oven dried tomatoes, Persian fetta and rocket salad.

Throughout the lesson, you get to enjoy the food and receive an interesting two part wine tutorial matched to your food. You'll be ready to return home to create BBQ meals that will impress your friends.

There are 12 to 20 people in each BBQ class and two experienced chefs.

Please wear casual clothing and shoes. An apron is provided on the day.

The classes are both demonstration and hands on and cover an interesting two part wine tutorial match to lunch. The tutorials include all ingredients, wine tasting, salads and spring water and a fantastic meal to celebrate together.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

I really enjoyed the informal atmosphere of the experience. The chiefs were great and handed over some valuable tips. I hosted a family gathering on Australia Day and wowed everyone with my new skills and creative menu. Thanks.
