What to Expect
Your barbeque cooking class commences with a beer on arrival and an introduction to the group, covering what we would most like to achieve from the lesson or course.
In our BBQ Meat lesson, we cover aspects of important methodology around temperatures and resting meats as well as uncovering all parts of BBQ myths and secrets and working together via an initial demonstration to achieve our next course served together.
In our BBQ Seafood lesson, we look at the how and why to achieve really moist and crisp seafood including key buying tips and hints to ensure we are purchasing and receiving exactly what we set out to; the freshest possible product.
In our Vegetable and Dessert class, we finish off the course with some great ways to complete a great afternoon barbequing for friends or family with interesting desserts and vegetables to complement any meal from the BBQ.

We operate with approx.20 people in each cooking class plus 2 experienced chefs. Min. number is 8

11.30am - 2.00pm & 1.30 - 4.00pm
Dress
Please wear covered shoes.
Availability
Classes are held on Saturdays and Sundays. Please arrive at the venue at 11am for an 11.30am start. Classes end at 2pm. For larger corporate groups, we can arrange alternate venues and class times.
Other Information
The class includes all ingredients, wine tasting, salad, spring water and a fantastic meal to celebrate together. The classes are both a demonstration and hands on and there is an interesting wine tutorial.
Classes are totally self-contained and can be enjoyed on your own or in a group. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult to ensure a successful day barbequing for all
