What to Expect

Get ready to experience the most relaxing and rewarding day spa experience that you can have in 60 minutes! On the day of your high performance facial, you'll be met by our friendly staff, where you will relax with an organic herbal tea in our relaxation lounge. Your experienced skin therapist will then take you to your private treatment room.

Using our high performance globally renowned skin care range, we will face map your skin to analyse your specific concerns and needs, making it a unique and tailor-made experience. An exfoliation, steam and facial massage will then follow.

Your therapist will combine corrective botanical extracts, serums and masks to ensure your individual skin concerns are met – whether it be dehydration, congestion, sun-damage or premature aging.

Whilst your facial mask actively renews your skin, your therapist will massage your upper back, neck, shoulders and scalp, before finishing your treatment with a refreshing hydration mist, eye and lip care, and moisture application. What better way of achieving a sense of well being!

Dress comfortably for your treatment. Towels are available during your treatment.

Available throughout the year. We recommend that you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure you can obtain your preferred booking time.

Please arrive 15 mins prior to your treatment. Please call ahead if you are running late. We make every effort, but no promises, to accommodate late arrivals.

You must be over 16 years old. Any medical conditions need to be brought to our attention at time of booking. This experience may not be suitable during pregnancy.
