On arrival at Barbagallo for your V8 experience you are kitted up in your race attire and are led to the briefing room for an in depth drivers safety briefing. After the briefing your professional race car driver and instructor for the day, will take you out to the circuit for sighting laps in a road car. Sighting laps are common with all race car drivers, these laps allow you to understand driving lines and braking points. Once these laps are completed, you are taken to pit lane and the real fun begins!

The crew will fit your helmet and belt you into the driver's seat of a race prepared V8 Super Drive Race Car. In constant radio contact with your pro driver and instructor, you'll be coached through a drive session that you will never forget. With fast and precise laps around the race circuit you will feel just like a real pro and will be amazed at the speed and the performance of the Super drive race car.

Once you have completed your driving, its back to the pits where you will swap over with your pro driver for 3 hot laps as a passenger - it's a great opportunity to see how the professional race car drivers handle the race car.
  • Observation laps as a passenger to learn about the car, the best apexes to follow, acceleration, braking, cornering techniques and more.
  • Drive a V8 Super Challenger race car for 6 laps of the Barbagallo circuit alongside a professional instructor.
  • Experience 3 hot laps as a passenger whilst your instructor takes the wheel
  • Receive a certificate with photograph, autographed by your instructor plus a cap and instructional DVD

Duration

Allow 3 hours at the track. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your booked time.

Weather

In the case of bad weather, we may need to reschedule your booking, if this does occur, you can book directly with the operator for an alternative date.

Other Information

You must be able to drive a manual vehicle. An optional DVD of your ride is available at additional cost, payable to the operator on the day of your experience.
Participants must have a current drivers licence that must be presented on the day of the event. You must be over 18 and capable of driving a manual car. There is zero tolerance on alcohol. The operator reserves the right to refuse any person deemed to be or found to be acting in an unsafe manner.
All cars have multiple cameras in them and are recording your driving and hot laps on the day. This footage is professionally produced and packaged for you to purchase. A DVD can be ordered on the day, for $125.00.

Availability

Available on a limited number of dates throughout the year. Dates fill very quickly, so we recommend you book at least four weeks in advance.
