Ballooning is a very weather dependent activity it is important that you call the operator the evening before your flight. An alternative date will be arranged if your flight is postponed.

Expect the experience to last 3 4 hours with between 45 minutes and 1 hour in the air.

How to dress on the dayDress

We recommend that you wear clothing that is suitable for walking. Covered shoes, long trousers and a long sleeved top. Natural fibres are better. Tall people may wish to wear a hat.

The experience is available all year round on weekdays only with flights taking place at sunrise when the wind is at its calmest.

Spectators are welcome to watch the launch, however, the actual launch site will not be known until the morning of the flight.

The minimum age is 7. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Ballooning is not suitable for pregnant women or for people who need special assistance with getting into and out of the balloon basket.
