What to Expect

Combining great food and beautiful music, a Gourmet Concert is a unique way to relax and enjoy the finer things in life like never before. As you enter the beautifully appointed kitchen and lounge, our warm hospitality promises a night of sonic and gastronomic delights. Our talented musicians entertain you as our award-winning chef; Bart Beek takes you through the preparation and consumption of a number of sumptuous dishes.

A luscious recipe is cooked and is immediately served to you. As each morsel is savoured, the chef creates the recipe right in front of you and through his incredible skills, knowledge and often crazy wit, you take it all in. A special wine chosen to match the recipe is also served. The plates are cleared and the chef immediately starts on the next recipe. You watch him create it from start to finish, trying to remember everything. He reassures you, all is well as every guest receives a copy of each recipe. Another wine is served. With two more courses to saviour, wine, cheese and music it's an engaging atmosphere to re-awaken the senses.

Valid for one person. On the night there is a maximum of 24 guests. Private groups can be organised

Duration

Gourmet concerts begin at 6.45pm sharp and finish approximately 10.30pm.

Dress

There are no specific guidelines for guests. Simply enjoy the gorgeous food, wine and live acoustic music.

Gourmet Concerts are available approximately once a week throughout the year.

Vegetarian options are available. Please advise at the time of booking. Food for the evening varies from date to date... Will it be Moroccan this time or maybe Indonesian... hmmmmm. Venue is 20 minutes from Melbourne.

Gourmet concerts are available to all ages. Service of alcohol is not permitted to under 18s.
