With the Seafood BBQ Cooking Class, you'll learn some great ways to create really moist, succulent and tasty seafood that will amaze your friends and astound your family when you next fire up the barbie.

Upon arrival relax and share your thoughts on what you would like to achieve from the BBQ class. Prepare to cook up some of the best BBQ seafood you've ever tasted. We look at how to achieve really moist and succulent seafood, starting with key buying tips to ensure you are getting the freshest possible product. Then its straight onto the BBQ demonstrations where you play an active part in the preparation, cooking and serving of the dishes. Cook BBQ King Prawns with Chilli through to Whole BBQ Baked Snapper with Mediterranean Marinade. Throughout the lesson, you get to enjoy the food and receive an interesting two part wine tutorial matched to your food.
  • Enjoy an introduction that includes finding out what you would most like to achieve from the BBQ session.
  • Find out from expert chefs how to ensure you are getting the best and freshest seafood.
  • With hands on demonstrations and active participation you'll create some outstanding dishes and you get to enjoy them.

This experience is available at Fitzroy in VIC and South Brisbane in QLD

Numbers

There are 12 to 20 people in each BBQ class and two experienced chefs.

Duration

Classes run for approximately two and a half hours commencing at 11:30am.

Weather

This experience is not affected by the weather.

Other Information

The classes are both demonstration and hands on and cover an interesting two part wine tutorial match to lunch. The tutorials include all ingredients, wine tasting, salads and spring water and a fantastic meal to celebrate together.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Availability

Classes are held on fortnightly on Saturdays or Sundays,. We recommend you book at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure a place on your selected date.
