What to Expect
Upon arrival at the airport, you will be introduced to your pilot for your flight who will take you through a preliminary flight safety briefing. The briefing includes an overview of the warbird flight covering what to expect and how to get the most out of the bomber experience.
Safely secure in the aircraft seat, the engine will roar into action. Your pilot will await for clearance before gently lifting the Nanchang into the air. First flying straight and level then your pilot will engage the plane for a mock pop attack on the Warangamba Dam. Passing over Lake Burragorang at low level you'll fly west to Warrangamba Dam. You'll experience the tight G forces of this warbird as the aircraft quickly dives toward its target to minimise exposure to enemy fire and destroy the target.
You'll depart the target area as quickly as possible using a tactical egress, flying towards Trial Hill before returning to base
